GENERAL
The terms and conditions apply between customer (the buyer) and Little Wings (the seller). The contract of purchase, order and delivery is between the buyer and the seller.
By placing in order, the seller understand and accept the general agreement.
ORDER
By placing in order, you accept to pay the full amount for the guitars and accept the manufacturing time to made your guitars. Price is on € (euro) VAT included.
Your order is considering approved when Little Wings receive Paypal confirmation and the total amount of the payment.
As reception, Little wings will send you an email to resume your order and validate your informations (name, address, email and phone number).
Customer assume correct and complete data information (name, postal address etc...).
Any changes of customer order will be assume entirely by the customer and may result a price change.
The duties and other taxes of the country of residence will be at customer charge. Little Wings is not in charge of the payment of customs duties or other taxes. Customer ca not invoke a refund request (even partial), exchange or special discount.
Little Wings may dissolve the agreement if the customer does not comply this contract without compensation.
PAYMENT
Paypal is done on the secured Paypal system. You will have the choice to use your credit card or your paypal account.
When you place an order, Paypal send you a confirmation of payment and you will received an email from Little Wings to complete and confirm your order.
DELIVERY/ SHIPPING
Delivery is free for European union countries. For the others countries, we invit you to contact us to give the fees shipping. When your guitar is ready to ship, you will received an email with the trackin number.
Little Wings works with professional shipping company who are responsible of deadlines. Littles Wings can not be responsible of delivery time.
MANUFACTURING TIME :
By placing an order, the manufacturing time is arround 6/ 8 weeks. When your guitar is ready to ship, you will received an email with the trackin number.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN :
If a product arrive damaged, the customer have to contact immediatly Little Wings to transmit photos and/ or videos.
Little Wings will study the request and may assume the return of the product at its expense. The customer will be responsible of proper and secure packaging. Little Wing will ship a repacement product.
Defects to part of the goods delivered shall not give the buyer the right to reject the entire shipment delivered.
MONEY BACK :
When customer receive his product, he has 14 days to return the guitar and to be refund. The customer assumes the return of the product and the shipping costs, insurance and taxes.
The customer must use a professional company and will be responsible until his arrival to Little Wings. He will use the original packaging, properly and secured.
All accessories and products have to be returned. If the product has been used or damaged, Little Wings may request an appropriate compensation.
Refund will be made within 30 days after receipt of the product at Little Wings.
